I made this little baby card using the Welcome Gnome Baby Cling set and some papers from my stash.  The stamps in the set are from Odd Bird Planet – I just love all the different Gnomes over there! 

The images are stamped in Memento Tuxedo and colored with Copic Markers.  I cut the image and mattes out using Nestibility dies.  I inked the image background with Tattered Rose Distress Ink using a duster brush with the cutting die still in place. 

The border at the bottom was made with a Threading Water Punch.
