Birthday Blog Bash – Week 1

We all like to laugh on our Birthdays (especially the older we get!). 

So for challenge #1, make a humorous card.  The card can be any occasion – but share with us funny images,  puns, jokes, you know….  Or (if you don’t feel funny) create a card using mainly primary colors (red, blue and/or yellow).  (Primary colors are always happy…)

Oh… and about the card. 

The layout is from the sketch challenge at Our Creative Corner.  I was not sure at first but I think I like it.  I used the Shopping Girl clear stamp from Stampavie.  Its colored with Copic Markers (I tried to give the sweater a little “texture” with my colorless blender).  And I used some of the CratePaper Brunch collection paper I’ve been hording.  I printed the sentiment on my computer.  Although – I’m not sure Dh would think going out to play by going shopping would be funny….
