For the Birthday Sale in the Paper Garden Projects Store this week:

About my card:

I made it with the new Greeting Farm Teacher Anya stamp.  I’m sooooo excited that these stamps are here!.  They are so cute and fun and such good quality.   You can see the rest of the Greeting Farm stamps by clicking here.

I actually made four slightly different  Teacher Anya cards so I could make a gift set.  Four cards fit perfectly in the half inch thick clear card box.

teacher2

I stamped them in Memento Rich Cocoa and colored them with Copic Markers.  I used circle Nestibility dies for the image and the Double Ended tag dies for the sentiment (the sentiment is from the Thanks Sentiment Clear Set).

Then I just packaged them in a clear card box.  I like to put the envelopes in the middle and have one of the cards face the back so the package looks pretty on both sides (instead of a plain envelope showing through the back).

I hope you find time to play the challenge (remember – you can still enter the first 3 challenges until March 30th.).  I can’t wait to see all your lovely creations.

Love all those little Anya teachers! Do you mind if I ask which Copics you used for the blonde haircoloring?

    Thanks!

  4. Cathy

    Hi Kay,

I got your question on the blonde hair for Anya. I’m a terrible doodler with the markers – I just play around till I find something I like and it seem I ALWAYS forget to note what markers I actually ended up using in the finished project. I think I used Y-21 as the base (colored all over), then added E-33 in the shadowed areas, then added a litte Y-35 in the meduim areas and blended it all with the Y-21 again.

    I hope this helps!

Lots of cutting and layering with these two cards. But while I had the stamps out, I figured I’d make a few cards. Used Outlines rubber stamps.
