I’m so excited to announce that Debbie has agreed to join the Paper Garden Projects Design team!
I just love Debbie’s irreverent style. And the woman’s coloring is absolutely amazing. What she can do with colored pencils just blows me away. Any now she has picked up Copic Markers too – look out! Take a look at her blog, you’re in for a treat. You can see it here.
Speaking of coloring with Copic Markers…
I’m still playing with this Crafty Secrets Home Sweet Home set. I’m having so much fun coloring them in fantasy spring scenes.
I stamped the image in Memento Rich Cocoaand colored it with Copic markers. I cropped the image and layered it on a thin matte of the brown patterned paper (K&Co from my stash) and then on a scalloped square cut with spellbinders dies.
The back panel is Core’dinations Chocolate Box paper, embossed with a Cuttlebug folder and lightly sanded to reveal the color core. That stuff is fun!
Sigh…. wish my yard looked like that (its a bit brown at the moment). But I do have some crocus and hellabores – so we’re getting there!
Thanks for stopping by! And don’t forget about our Birthday Challenges. You have till the 30th to enter to win some great prizes!
Congratulations to Debbie for joining Paper Garden Projects – an excellent choice, Cathy. BTW – your card is perfect!
Congrats on another DT member! Love your card, oh so pretty!
This is so gorgeous. That stamp is pure sweetness and your colour is breathtaking. I’m mad for the effect you got on the water. WOWZA! :O)
