Hi all! I hope everyone is enjoying spring. Things are growing like crazy here. I love this time of the year (before the bugs, disease, weeds and drought take their toll on the garden – and the gardeners!)
I made this little card using the Summer Camp Cling set and the Tree on the Hill cling stamp.
Stewart the Bug-ologist is checking out a specimen and wondering “What’s Up”.
I stamped the tree in Memento Tuxedo and stamped Stewart on a scrap.
I colored the tree with Copics and then used Broken China Distress ink with a duster brush to ink the sky. I also colored Stewart and cut him out and attached him with foam tape in front of the tree.
Here are the Copic colors :
Card Details:
- Stamps: Summer Camp Cling Set, Tree on a Hill Cling Stamp, Anytime Sentiments Clear Stamp set
- Ink: Memento Tuxedo, Broken China Distress, Copic Markers
- Paper: Prism Cardstock: Nautical Blue Medium, Classic Red, Suede Brown Medium
- Tools: Argyle Cuttlebug Folder, Duster Brush, Circular Dies
Well, the slugs ate my baby pumpkin and cucumber seedlings (ugghh.. I hate slugs) so I’m off to replant some seeds. Wish me luck!
