Did you know there was a World Card Making Day??
Well, there is – its this Saturday, Oct 3.
(I think it was one of the things that the United Nations actually agreed on – that it’s nice to send Birthday cards to people….and maybe thank you cards. Other types of greetings are still being debated.)
Paper Garden Projects is planning to celebrate with a fun and easy challenge – and of course a prize!
We are celebrating with a bunch of other fun groups over at Paper Craft Planet.
I’m not allowed to spill the beans on the exact challenge until our time slot – but I can tease you with let you see the prize pack in advance.

The prize pack contains:
- A Fall Frolic Prism cardstock collection
- Branches of a Tree clear stamp set
- An E-33 Sand Copic Sketch marker (one of my favorite colors)
- Bronze self adhesive rhinestones
- Tea Leaves Versamagic Dew Drop ink pad
- 2 – 1″ thick clear card boxes
- 2 – 1/2″ thick clear card boxes
- A clear pillow treat box
- 5 different yards of May Arts Ribbon
- A coupon code for 15% off your total order in the Paper Garden Projects store
The challenge will be announced Saturday Oct 3 at 4:00 pm (EST) and you have till 9:00 am (EST) on Monday, October 5 to enter.
All you need to do is create your project (once the challenge is announced) and post it either in the PaperCraft Planet gallery, or post a link to your project elsewhere in a comment on the challenge announcement post.
Oh, and please join us over at the Paper Garden Projects Group at PaperCraft Planet. We have a bunch of fun events planned for this fall!
