I really do like this stamp set (ya think?).
Maybe because I have 3 little girls
(although mine don’t often look so sweet as these. Now… if we dressed these stamps in sweat pants…. messed up their hair a little… add some PB&J to their right cheek……
Kidding… sort of….)
Can you stand one more little girlie card?
I decided to use the sketch over at Card Positioning Systems. Being forever a day late and dollar short – this is sketch 136 – last weeks. Sigh… oh well…
I used the Greeting Farm Signature Stamp set and paper from the Basic Gray Marrakech 6″x6″ pad. The cardstock is Prism – my absolute favorite.
Alice is colored with Copics and cut out with an oval Spellbinders die. I masked her and then inked the background with Distress Broken China ink and a duster brush (leaving the die in place to get the white edge. I matted with an oval and then mounted on a matte cut with the Spellbinders Label 4 die. I’m just discovering how fun it is to layer different die shapes. What took me so long?? Stuck in a rut I guess.
The back panel in Basic Bray paper stamped with the Decorative Tile Background Stamp.
So there is my attempt – maybe I should go play with some different stamps huh?
Cute, cute, cute! And too funny, because I couldn’t figure out who this girl was supposed to be until you said Alice. Alice in Wonderland, of course!! Adorable card and I *love* your layered nesties!
That is such a cute little girlie. I love those colors and the card is great.
I had talked myself out of needing these cuties but after I keep seeing your projects,I might break down!!
This is so cute!! Wonderful job!
Really cute! I love this paper, too. One of my favorites.
she is so sweet! I don’t have any Greeting Farm stamps yet, but have admired them for a long time. this makes me want them even more!
She’s very cute. I can see why you keep playing with her.
I like your stacked nestabilities and the colors you used. Marrakesh is soooooo lovely.
Beautiful card, I love the combination of the colors.
Love the color combo and how you layered the Spellbinders Label and Circle dies!!
Funny how you have three girls…I’ve got three BOYS!
