Ohhh…. Bad Kitty!

Just a quick card with another new Eat Cake Graphics stamp.   This is the Kitty and Christmas Tree cling stamp (logically enough!).  The sentiment is from the Santa’s Doggie Greeting cling set.

It really makes me laugh because I only ever had a real tree once in my life – sacrilege I know, but I grew up with artificial trees.   So my first year in my own townhouse I got a real tree.    This was 6 months after I got 2 kittens (I didn’t have dogs or cats growing up either because my Mom and brother are allergic).

Guess what?   Tree on the floor…..

Both kittens tried to climb up inside and tipped it over.    Scared the daylights out of them and I was not thrilled either!

So…. 15 years later we are still using  artificial trees.  Funny thing though…. It fell over this year….  after it was all decorated….

We had to take it all apart to fix it and then re-decorate it.  Yes, even had to do the hated lights twice!
