So sorry everyone for being so late in announcing the winner. We had to go to Arlington National cemetery for a funeral and added an extra day to subject the kiddos to an educational tour of the DC monuments and the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History (actually – they enjoyed it very much).
We were too early for cherry blossoms, But I did spy some lovely magnolias blooming.
OK… so using Random.org, the winner of Birthday challenge # 2 is actually #1! I don’t know why I’m always so shocked when #1 comes up in the random generator box. It has as much chance as any other number. But somehow it seems suprising.
The lucky #1 is Erin. I’m sending you an e-mail Erin!
If you did not win this challenge, don’t forget about Birthday Challenge #3 – you have till Monday, March 29.
And I heard a rumor that there will be a Birthday Challenge #4 this Friday – so come on back for more party games.

Hey! I’m Erin! I remember being number 1 and thinking, bummer, I’ll never win! haha. Actually my last blog winner was a number 1 too. Maybe it’s becoming the most winningest number?
I’m crazy excited. Your magnolias are beautiful. It’s azelia season here right now, my favorite flower time of the year.
Congrats, Erin, on your win. Today I’ve received the stamps for the prize for challenge 1 – they are great – I’ve blogged about them x
