So we thought it would only be right for Paper Garden Projects to sponsor the Copic Creations Challenge for April 1 (really, no fooling!).

And the theme?  Coloring flowers!  Perfect for a Paper Garden huh?

As part of our sponshorship, we are offering a 10% discount to participants.

Just enter iluvcopics in the code box when you check out of the store and the shopping cart will take an additional 10% off your total order.

For my flowery card, I used the Hydrangea cling stamp from Impression Obsession.  The paper is Basic Grey Sugar Rush and Prism cardstock.   I stamped the image on the patterned paper and on white cardstock.  I colored the leaves and stem directly on the patterned paper – but colored the flowers on the white to keep them truer in color.  Then I just cut the flowers out and popped them up on the card.

I also had the chance to use my Lables 3 Nestibilities die.  I was not sure I’d like the Labels 3, but I do.  I like the way you can fit the other shapes inside.

I really love that you stamped on patterned paper and coloured! I’m loving stamping on patterned paper right now. I think it adds such great depth. I’ve been having so much fun colouring lately that I’ve been forgetting to blog!
