Autumn Abundance

I have a new craft kit in my DigiChick store called Autumn Abundance- and for Thursday and Friday its 20% off.  Here is the full kit, put it is also available in pieces. I decided to use the kit to enter the Card Caravan challenge over at the Hybrid Chick.  The theme is “Autumn”, so the kit was a good fit!

This card was so quick and easy.  Below is an overview of what I did (I worked from the bottom up – so the instructions start at the bottom).  I like making cards like this (with the clipping mask shapes) because Its very easy to try out different papers to get just what I want.  Or even to make different versions of the same card.

Once I was happy, I printed the the document on presentation paper, cut out the layers and assembled it.  I put the “thankful” up on foam tape and added a decorative punch and brads to the corners.  Very fast and very easy!

Before I go, I just have to share some of the amazing scrapbook layouts that the creative team over at the Digichick made with the kit.  There are so many super talented scrappers over there.  They just dazzle me!
