New Christmas Labels and Tags Bundle

Why does it seem like time speeds up as soon as October gets here?  I can’t believe Christmas is right around the corner, but it is!

I created this new Christmas Labels Bundle to help me get ready for all the holiday gift giving.  Hopefully it can help you too.

The set includes Photoshop templates, digital cutting files and a series of 92 different stamps that coordinate with the tags.  The stamps are in both PNG format and as a Photoshop brush set.

I tried to create a variety of styles, designs and topics to meet all the needs: gift tags, packaging for homemade baked goods, greeting card sentiments or even focal images for cards.

It is very easy to alter the colors and designs using the templates and stamps together.  If you would like some tutorials, I have a couple on my you-tube channel:

Hearts and Flowers (with a little coffee thrown in).

I have a new digital kit release this week called Hearts and Flowers.

I had a lot of fun combining water color paint effects with newsprint. And sketching up some flowers and birds to go with it. I know I have a thing for flowers, but I think I also have a fascination with birds.

(Although one of my friends got 2 love birds for her daughter – yikes! What a mess. I think I’ll just admire the wild birds)

This kit is on sale for 30% off through Sunday.

The Digichick Creative Team made some lovely layouts.  Those ladies are so talented!

I also had a request to create a gift box that would hold 4 of those K-cup coffee packs that are used with Keurig single serve coffee makers.  So I created a cutting file for it:

I wanted it to be useful for things other things also – so the K-cup insert is optional and I created 3 styles of lid and a couple of tags that can be mixed and matched.  The Gift Box Cutting file is 30% off through Sunday also.

Speaking of coffee – One of my favorite things is having a cup of coffee while watching an on-line class.  Have you tried them?  I love them!

The Renee Pearson site has a new class up.  Its all about embellishing digital pages taught by Tiffany Tillman.  Fun huh?

Just wanted to let you know that its $5 off if you decide to join in by the 17th (Sunday – coming up quick!).  You can find the details here.

Hybrid Happiness Card Class Day 5

Welcome to our last week of class.

Today we will be taking a look at the brush and eraser tools and exploring a few ways you can use them on your hybrid cards.

For this week, I’ve created a collection of brushes for you to play with.  I’ve also created another simple template.  You can download this week’s supplies here.

In this first video we will take a look at how to load your new brushes.  We’ll also explore how the brush and eraser tools work.

Day 5 Video 1:  The Brush and Eraser Tools

In this second video, we will use the new brushes on the sample card.

You can find additional brushes in many digital scrapbooking kits and there are many ways to use them. Some make it easy to add interest to your papers or provide focal images:

And some are useful for adding a little grunge.

All of them are very fun to play with by changing the scale, rotation and color.

If you are interested in additional digital supplies, I have a coupon code for you. Just enter pgpclassfun and the shopping cart will take 50% off all digital supplies in the Paper Garden Projects store at the Digichick.   The coupon is good through Feb. 15, 2013.  The kits I used here are called Owl Wear Woolies and Owl Fall for You – 2 coordinating kits.

Join us for our last class and last challenge on Thursday.  We will be talking about the custom shape tool.
